With a strong visual identity already in place, the client wanted a refreshed website that would reflect the feel of the place and make it easier for guests to book Black h and Wood h.

The process

From the start, the goal was clear: simplify the digital experience without losing the craft. We restructured the site to tell Harlosh’s story more intuitively, putting the retreats front and centre and weaving in rich content that gives people a real sense of what it’s like to stay there.

A big focus was on integrating the booking journey. Before, it happened off-site – now it’s fully integrated on-site using Inn Style’s booking engine, so guests can check dates and book without friction. The site also includes guest-only pages that unlock after booking, offering curated details and recommendations that add to the experience.

The site’s designed to grow with the seasons too. As Harlosh adds new content or experiences, the foundations are flexible enough to evolve alongside them.

The results

The new website feels like an extension of the retreats: calm, minimal, quietly confident. It’s easier to navigate, simpler to update, and has made the booking process smoother for guests.

More than that, it tells the story of Harlosh more clearly – from the architecture to the landscape, to the people behind it. And it gives guests a little something extra once they’ve booked, building anticipation before they’ve stepped through the door.
